North East based filtration specialist Walker Filtration Ltd continues to lead the market with the launch of its next generation of compressed air and gas filters. The technologically advanced ‘Alpha Series’ replaces the current ‘A Range’ and is suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.

Established for over twenty five years Walker Filtration Ltd has built an enviable reputation as a world leader within the filtration industry. Determined to remain ahead of the field, the Company has extended its range of filters and elements to ensure that its customer base receives both choice and flexibility to achieve the ultimate filtration solution.

Manufactured from die cast aluminium to guarantee durability, the Alpha Series range offers connections from ¼” to 3” and flow capacities up to 1500 SCFM (2550 Nm³/h). Keen to satisfy the demands of today’s compressed air user, Walker Filtration has added two new smaller sizes to their threaded filter range and extended their duplex filter range from three to eight models.

The Alpha Series is the result of extensive research and development and boasts a number of features and benefits including enhanced custom engineered media to reduce pressure loss and colour coded end caps for easy grade identification. The unique ‘drop fit’ end cap design enables the element to fully engage with the filter bowl preventing vibration and improving stability. The Alpha Series range is easy to install and maintain, it is energy efficient and most importantly it is performance assured.

Tested to ISO 12500 standards, the filter range has been independently validated to guarantee the highest levels of air quality. Each element is supplied complete with a Certificate of Conformity demonstrating that they have conformed to stringent industry standards making the Alpha Series the natural choice.
