High Temperature Filters

Walker Filtration research, design and manufacture a comprehensive range of Compressed Air and Gas High Temperature filters.  These filters are used in specialist applications where the temperature of the compressed air exceeds that recommended for the standard Walker Filtration range of filter products (248°F/120°C).  These products are often installed downstream of heat reactivated adsorption compressed air dryers where, for short periods of time, the temperature of the air may reach a maximum of 480°F (250°C).

Applications for High Temperature filters are not only restricted to heated desiccant dryer installations.  Where high efficiency compressed air and gas filters are needed to operate within (such) arduous conditions, Walker Filtrations’ expertise will allow the correct selection and installation of filters for filter efficiency ratings of 5, 1 and 0.01 micron.  Within our standard range, we offer connection sizes of ¼” to 2” (models HT25 to HT201) with various flow rates up to 675 scfm (1150 Nm3/h).

These filters incorporate the use of a stainless steel tie rod to secure the filter element.  This filter range is manufactured from the highest quality 316 grade stainless steel.
